TheoryofStocks Electronic Services End User License and Subscription Agreement

You may not use information or services from TheoryofStocks unless you accept this electronic services end user subscription agreement. This document constitutes a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you (either an individual or a single entity) and TheoryofStocks regarding the services provided under this end user license and subscription agreement. By accessing or using the services provided by TheoryofStocks, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully.

2. Services:

The term “SERVICE” encompasses the products and offerings provided by TheoryofStocks, including but not limited to subscription services, information from its websites, newsletters, mailings, stock trends, recommendations, trade signals, financial calculations, proprietary indicators, video updates, and updates on social media channels such as YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. The SERVICE also includes any information from the WEBSITES, which refer to websites of TheoryofStocks and its affiliates, including but not limited to http://www.TheoryofStocks.com and TheoryOfStocks social media channels such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

By visiting the WEBSITES or subscribing to, ordering, or licensing the SERVICE, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement.

3. License:

Upon entering into a subscription, TheoryofStocks grants you a nonexclusive license to use the SERVICE on a single computer terminal at any given point in time. If any SERVICE of TheoryofStocks is accessed via a network, a subscription must be paid for every individual user accessing the SERVICE. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same time period unless terminated. TheoryofStocks may terminate your subscription if you fail to make any required payment or violate any part of this agreement.

4. Copyright:

The information obtained from the WEBSITES and/or via the SERVICE is confidential and proprietary, protected by International Copyright Laws and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to duplicate, reproduce, redistribute, publish, decompile, reverse engineer, or transmit all or any portion of the DATA, SERVICES, or any information obtained from TheoryofStocks and/or its WEBSITES in any form.

5. Subscription:

At present, SERVICES available on the website are offered at no cost. However, TheoryofStocks reserves the right to charge a fee for SERVICES in the future, at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice.

6. Modifications & Limitations of Liability:

TheoryofStocks reserves the right to discontinue any service with or without prior notice. The information provided on the WEBSITES and via the SERVICE is subject to change without notice. 7. Modifications to this Agreement:

Terms and conditions in this agreement are subject to change at TheoryofStocks' discretion. Registered users will be presented with modified terms and conditions upon their next login. Acceptance of modified terms allows uninterrupted subscription continuation; otherwise, the SERVICE will be terminated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty:

All SERVICE is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Neither TheoryofStocks nor its PROVIDERS guarantee the correctness or completeness of the data or SERVICES. You bear all risks related to the quality and performance of the SERVICE.

13. Validity, Assignment & Waiver:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and TheoryofStocks. It may not be delegated or assigned without prior written consent. No provision of this Agreement can be waived or altered without written agreement.
