TheoryofStocks, LLC offers 30-day Subscription (referred as “Monthly Subscription”). Introductory monthly subscription fee is $9.99 per month. At this time, TheoryofStocks, LLC offers a free trial for all registered users until March 31, 2022. Registration is free and no credit card is required
Nomenclatures used
Predicted Trend refers to the trend of stock, predicted by our proprietary mathematical model. This can be off three types namely Up or Down or Hold. Up points to a possible price increase, Down points to a possible price decrease. If our model is unable to predict a trend, we classify that as Hold.
Trigger Date refers to the Date when the trend was predicted, after market close.
Trigger Price refers to the closing price of the stock on the trigger date.
Auto means the research article is system generated
How are past success, past gains and past signals are calculated?
Past success, past gains and past trend signals etc are theoretical, simulated calculations and does not reflect the actual execution of a trade. Our mathematical models are run against the past trading data and we simulate the buy and sell signals that would have otherwise been triggered, if the model were to be used in the past. On the same token, the information provided in the past success section might change, if we were to enhance our mathematical models for accuracy.
How real are the trades, profit calculation listed under Portfolios?
Most of the trades listed under portfolios and associated "Profit" calculations, whether past or present, are based on hypothetical trades and may not reflect the actual execution of a trade. Our mathematical models are executed against the past data and we simulate the buy and sell signals that would have otherwise been triggered, if the model were to be used at that point of time. On the same token, the information provided in the portfolio section may change, if we were to enhance our mathematical models for accuracy.
How frequently do you update your current predictions?
The website is updated every night after the data is analyzed. The data retrieval and analysis is a time consuming process. Data is gathered all throughout the day and is consolidated after the market close.
Why don’t I see signal for my stocks?
At Theory of Stocks, LLC we analyze a large number of stocks that have been screened through our in-house screening mechanism. In case your preferred stock is not in the list, please contact us with your request. It is likely that we will be able to accommodate your request. However, we offer no guarantee regarding.
Is there any archive regarding your past predictions?

How will I be notified if there is a trend change on a specific security?
